Behind the Screen
Hey there, I'm Josh Long! I am a Graphic Designer from Altoona, PA with 3+ years of on the job experience, working full-time as a Senior Designer and Creative Director for a Consulting & Software company working with small to large companies across the U.S! This has also given me the opportunity to be on multiple creative and production teams within this time.
I absolutely love working hands-on, diving deep into my client's industry and understanding how my product can solve someone's problem. If someone were to ask me why I did this, I would answer by saying "I need to create. I think about it all day, whether I am working or not. I also love watching a business proudly show off and use the logos or products i design. The satisfaction comes full circle, where I'm satisfied with my design, my clients are fulfilled with their new product. I can't wait to work with you and see your vision satisfied!
Why JJ Creative Group?
The inspiration behind this team was an evolution of dreaming of what our first family business together would be between my wife and me. My amazing wife, Joshlin (I know, we have the same name) knew the calling from God to own a business and we came up with the idea of putting my design knowledge and her organization knowledge and put it together into business. JJ Creative Group actually means "Joshlin and Josh Creative Group/" Our logo has 2 J's, where the first one is cursive and feminine, for Joshlin. The second J is simple and moreso masculine than the first, representing myself.
Our Vision
The vision for this company is to create partnerships with you and allow this team to become your in-house design team... while physically being out of house. This will save you all the money of having an in-house designer but with all the trust and capability of having one. Whenever you need design we want to be your first choice every time. We can do your Logos, Brand Design, General Graphics, Website Design, Marketing Materials, Print Design and more!
Other Ventures
We love having an impact in the bigger picture! The Lord called us into ministry in different areas. My wife has a blog ministry called The Seed Ministries, which you can check out HERE! She is a gifted writer and has so much passion for spreading his word! We are also the leaders of 2222 Young Adults Ministry out of Trans4mation Church in Altoona, PA. We love being around people our age and seek to live separate from the secular world we live in! JJ Creative Group is another opportunity to minister by seeking to help churches with their online experience and their own branding.
